Requisitos mínimos
Qualifications:
• Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration and Management, Tourism.
• Postgraduate studies in HR will be positively valued.
Specific Knowledge:
• High level of spoken and written English and Spanish.
• Good knowledge of Windows applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Descripción
• Publication of vacancies in all the necessary recruitment sources (web pages, Professional Associations, etc.).
• Screening of CVs in the different employment portals.
• Carry out telephone interviews as a phase prior to the summons for a personal interview.
• Collaborate in the creation of the job description to be selected.
• Participate in personal interviews with those candidates whose profile fits the position and the NH culture, always meeting the deadlines established for each process.
• Help create long-term relationships with target Schools and Universities.
• Manage the signing of NH agreements, for internships at the Corporate Headquarters, with the different Schools and Universities.
• Properly manage the completion of each selection process (recruitment application, rejection letter, etc.).
• Collaborate on various projects in the Selection area (development of tools, manuals, policies, etc.)
Conditions
• Paid scholarship (€700 gross / month) + other benefits.
• The position will be located in the central offices of Madrid (Calle Santa Engracia 120, Madrid).
• Schedule: full day / Friday from 09:00 – 15:00; July and August from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
• 6 months extendable to 1 year.
