Degree in Architecture or Building Engineering
Communication skills (dealing with different agents of the opening process)
Analytical capacity.

Grupo Dani García is a complex contrast of unique flavors, mixing textures, rescuing the traditional flavours of Andalusian cuisine, combining it with the most disconcerting avant-garde.
We are looking for a PROJECT MANAGER, who can work in the world of gastronomy created by our chef, to support our logistics team.
FUNCTIONS
Development of projects abroad.
Negotiations with properties holders within communities (permits, etc.)
Visit of premises and internal validation.
Survey of plans on site.
Internal supervision and coordination of different departments (PAHO, HR, Building work).
Documentation management (supplies, invoices, ref. cadastral)
License management: records, communications with management and follow-up on requirements.
Site visits (control and supervision of construction companies)
Reception of works with OPS and construction companies.
Maintenance of post-opening facilities.
