IT MM Business Executive – HQ – Madrid

In this position you will be in charge of maintaining and developing projects and new functionality in our Corporate SAP ERP.
You will lead ongoing reviews of Logistic and Accounting Payable Process based in SAP MM module, and you will develop worldwide initiative and implement new solutions to improve our internal IT Business Processes.
As IT Business Analyst you contribute with your expertise and commitment to deliver an excellent service in all critical IT logistical processes. You will take on responsibility and enjoy the freedom and flexibility to contribute and to implement your own ideas and solutions.

Key Accountabilities:
• Responsible for the management and maintenance of the ERP SAP MM module currently implemented in the company.
• Responsible for analyzing and collecting business requirements. Studying processes and evaluating business changes requirements in the systems, qualifying demands, and assessing complexity
• Support and follow-up the logistical processes, electronic invoice process, continuous business operation for all the company’s centers, providing service to all corporate areas.
• Support Key Users and Responsible for Service Management both with external providers and internal clients.
• Configuration tasks and basic adaptations, monitoring, and optimization of the interfaces between the corporate systems.
• Review, adaptation, and monitoring of loading data processes.
