Paid Search Internship – HQ – Madrid

  • Requisitos mínimos

    No previous working experience is required… but desirable:
    • strong interest on online marketing and vertical hands-on experience with your own projects and/or specific tuition would be valuable
    • Some previous Google Analytics and Google Ads knowledge is desirable
    • Some previous knowledge of online/ecommerce/travel industry is desirable

    • Bachelor’s Degree; Bachelor of Science desirable (Engineering, Maths, Physics, CS…).
    • Online Marketing Master desirable


Key Accountabilities:
• Maximise online revenue and profitability of NH Paid Search campaigns (B2C & B2B)
• Manage Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Yandex and Baidu campaigns for the assigned points of sale with strong focus on maximising marketing contribution
• Conduct in-depth analysis of results in order to identify areas of improvement
• Implement successful optimisation techniques to maximise returns for assigned points of sale by making best use of available tools
• Work with 3rd party tools, e.g. GMP, SA360
• Work on specific tests/projects to be rolled out globally if successful
• Identify and react to specific business needs and market trends
• Brand monitoring
• Audience management
• Analyse data and daily KPIs
• Assist/Collaborate with other Performance Marketing areas: SEO, Analytics, Metasearch
• Participate in the global optimisation strategy of NH Hotel Group web conversion rates

• The position is based in Madrid Headquarters, located in the city centre: Calle Santa Engracia 120, 28003 Madrid (hybrid remote & office working model)
