    Core Competencies:
    · Strong affinity with IT and understanding of processes: interfaces, data transfer management, etc.
    · Proven experience in learning management systems – LMS
    · Proven professional experience in an international training organisation or in a comparable position with similar tasks, for at least 1 year
    · Identification with the corporate culture (efficiency, results orientation, flexibility, adaptability, short-term change management)
    · Excellent oral and written communication skills (spelling and rhetoric)
    · Perfect command of current applications:
    o MS Office package with particular knowledge of Outlook, Teams, Excel and PowerPoint
    · Language skills: Fluent English
    · Personality with leadership
    · Rigour, organisation and autonomy
    · Ability to analyse and summarise

We are looking for a Project Assistant for a temporary position (6 months) in our office in Barcelona (22@ district).

The primary objective is to work as part of the team to review / support countries and make recommendations on data quality and governance. Work along side reporting team to identify trends and feedback centrally and to countries where errors are occurring.
Work with knowledge manager to to develop and direct training needs for the admins. create solutions / guides for the drive your business meetings.

– Develop data quality recommendations
– Coordinate and manage course inclusion for reporting
– Support the monitoring of quality of the team
– Support the team in skills development
– Work closely with the account manager to ensure new processes and procedures are designed
– Monitor and report on quality, based upon set metrics
– Perform training on new and existing processes to internal team
– Create documentation and maintain supporting materials
– Efficiently support Team Leaders in their contact with central and local customer in order to clarify any escalated issues
– Identify productivity and quality targets
– Conduct regular coaching sessions
– Report performance results and issues to team leader
