Accounting Clerk (Finanzas) – W Barcelona

The Accounts clerk ensures the daily assignments are completed on time. He/ she promotes a professional and positive image to all of our guests and contribute to the hotels targets by assisting with the accurate processing of accounts tasks.

He/ she will:

– Fluent spoken and written Spanish and English. Other languages are appreciated.

– Ensure daily tasks assigned with the accounts department are completed on time

– Assist in cost control functions

– Assist In Accounts receivables functions

– Reconcile Accounts that the analysis are in balance

-Flexibility to be able to perform accounts tasks as per daily needs of the department

– Proficiency in Excel , Word.
