Contract Stability: Get a permanent contract from day zero.

Opportunity for hybrid working after 6 months and work abroad within the EU for up to 15 days per year.

Competitive Salary: During the recruitment process, we’ll discuss compensation details. Total salary is 22.486€ gross per year.

Key Languages

C2 or full professional level of Danish / Dansk.

Professional level of English will be a big plus, training is in English.

Main Responsibilities

Manage incoming contacts such as phone calls, emails, and letters from customers
Assist customers by providing information about products, resolving client’s queries, and explaining company policies
Assist customers through various digital channels, reaching out to them if necessary
Collaborate with different departments to find appropriate solutions for escalated cases
Manage interactions on social media platforms to ensure timely and helpful responses to inquiries or comments
Become the best brand ambassador, and provide an outstanding service to clients.
