    -Previous experience working within an e-commerce platform for at least 1 year.
    – Perfect written communication skills in your market language (Italian), with the ability to craft compelling product descriptions and customer communications.
    – An interest in the Automotive industry is useful and a passion for staying updated on industry trends.
    – Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
    – Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate and effective product listings
    – Fluent in French (C2 Level) and English (C1)

BOSCH SO is seeking a dynamic and proactive E-commerce Specialist to spearhead the implementation of an E-commerce Excellence Hub in Barcelona. This individual will play a pivotal role in developing and supporting the entire customer experience in our e-commerce channels, driving BOSCH’s online presence to new heights. We are looking for someone energetic, strong-willed, and ready to elevate our e-commerce operations to the next level.

As an E-commerce Excellence Hub Specialist (EEHS), you will play a crucial role in the success of our online sales platform by actively participating in the creation, maintenance, and optimization of product listings. You will also be responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role requires a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, excellent written communication skills, and an interest in the Automotive industry.

Responsibilities

– Assist in the creation and regular updating of product listings on the e-commerce platforms.

– Conduct thorough analyses of competitor activities and pricing strategies to identify opportunities for improvement.

– Address customer inquiries promptly and provide detailed information about products listed on the platform.

– Generate reports and insights related to customer experience and market trends for internal stakeholders.

– Clean up and manage product listings and data to ensure accuracy and relevance.

– Stay informed about market trends and changes in customer preferences, providing proactive recommendations to enhance our offerings.

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies aimed at improving the overall e-commerce performance.
