Job Objetives

Manage the accounting cycle and administrative accounting processes of MediaMarket stores in order to comply with internal procedures.

Tasks

– Calculate and post manual journals (Fixed Assets Invoices.

– Perform different type of tasks for Month-end, quarter end, and year end closing.

– Perform Inter-Company Group’s Reconciliations.

– Perform monthly closing activities in accordance with the group’s.

– Regulations and deadlines.

– Perform certain monthly Balance Sheet Accounts.

– Reconciliations and Accruals.

– Make sure that all the Accruals requested by the Partner are performed properly and in time to ensure Financial Statements are accurates.

– Prepare monthly, quarterly, and Yearly tax declarations.

– Interface with various departments/stores, including purchasing,
sales, finance & other teams within GBS such as Account Payable and Account Receivable etc. and Public Organizations like: Treasury, INE and City Councils.

Requirements

– ­Economics or Management Degree.

– ­Minimum experience: 2 years.

– High level of Spanish and English written and spoken.

– ­Required knowledge: Accounting, SAP FI, Fix Assets, Taxes.
