Requisitos mínimos
EXPERIENCE
Around 1-3 years of experience working with CRM applications.
Experience in the hospitality business will be an asset.
Understanding of the software development lifecycle from requirements gathering and design, through to development, testing, UATs and delivery as well as support.
Experience in system integration projects from a technical and functional perspective.
Technical requirements:
– SAP technology, preferable customer related modules SAP CRM, SAP ERP SD
– Programming: PL/SQL, SQL
Will be valuable:
– Databases: Oracle, SAP HANA
– Campaign management systems: Emarsys, Salesforce
– Sales CRM: SAP Sales Cloud
– Business Intelligence: SAP BW on HANA, SAP BO
– Integration systems: SAP PI, SAP Gateway, Oracle SOA
– Knowledge in CRM solutions
– IA Solutions
– Loyalty solutionsQUALIFICATIONS
• University degree (or similar).
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
Descripción
Maintenance, support and enhancement of the solutions relating to the following areas:
– CRM.
– Sales: Account 360 and Lead Management.
– Marketing campaigns.
– Integration process with external systems.
– Loyalty systems.
Maintenance of current CRM Solutions:
– Issue management.
– Daily operations monitoring.
– Understand business user reporting and information analysis requirements.
– Coordination and follow up with internal departments and service providers.
Enhancement of the CRM solutions:
– Identification and analysis of new requirements.
– Ensure quality solutions: consistent, efficient, and aligned with standards.
– Ensure solutions meet the appropriate security standards.
Business User support:
– Resolve ad-hoc end user issues when requested.
– Initiative-taking support of the business need, identifying and shaping processes as required by business/information interpreter.
– Ability to prioritize tasks.
Conditions
Technical CRM analyst working in the IT department together with Sales and Marketing areas providing support, analyzing business needs, and coordinating technical evolution with the technical providers
– You may be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
– Work in IT departments
