Recruiter – Resourcing team (People & Culture)
Temporary position – 12-month assignment

Key Responsibilities: As part of the regional P&C Resourcing team, this role will be responsible for managing the external applications and evaluation processes of the retail management collective of Spain and Portugal.

External:

    • Systems:
      • Post and screen vacancies.
      • Maintain a correct update of the advertisements.
      • Manage BrassRing and Workday integrations for new hires
    • LinkedIn:
      • Manage Recruiter account to proactively detect potential candidates for senior management positions.
      • Constant interaction with potential candidates.
      • Manage Job Slot advertising
    • Evaluation:
      • Manage all stages of the process:
        • Questionnaire request
        • First screening contact
        • Online assessment stages together with senior retail management
        • Review all relevant candidate documentation
        • Reference request
    • External agencies
      • Work closely with external recruitment agencies to optimise their performance and contribution
    • Bulk recruitment processes
      • Collaborate in any activity for external recruitment that implies big assessment volumes
    • Hiring
      • Coordinate all necessary stages for candidate hire

 

  1. People and Culture general support:
    • Assist in any corporate need or project if needed.

Essential knowledge, skills and experience:

  • Experience in Resourcing – Recruitment: Interviews, assessment centers, and other methodologies.
  • Experience in a recruitment consultancy agency managing retail selection processes will be valuable
  • Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Labour Relations or related field finalised in the last three years
  • Attention to detail and planning skills
  • Highly resilient
  • Good communication and influence skills.
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Offer solutions that meet business needs, with a proper planning and organizing beforehand.
