– Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
– Strong in numerical analysis and data-driven decision-making, experience with the pricing and rolling forecast process.
– Excellent Excel /Sheets /Business Intelligence skills.
– Fluent in English and Spanish.

Role Overview:
The Revenue Manager is responsible for leading the revenue optimization for a particular cluster of hotels to reach targets, in accordance with Iberostar and Revenue Management principles.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Reporting to the EMEA Revenue Director, the Revenue Manager is responsible for:
– Maximizing hotel’s revenue according to optimal revenue management practices.
– The Revenue Manager has to study and understand the hotels’ booking paces and demand patterns to make optimal decisions.
– Monitoring and optimizing the hotels’ business mix, according to the hotels’ performance, budget and opportunities.
– Reviewing hotels’ booking position, daily pick-ups and inventory to apply revenue techniques on a daily basis.
– Leading pricing strategy based on analytical, competitiveness, best practices and the optimal business mix.
– Weekly forecast review, according to OTB performance, per channel and its opportunities, to identify deviations and propose actions when needed.
– Driving incremental revenue based on a data-driven analysis, while anticipating market opportunities and conditions.
– Working with the Sales Team of all the different sales channels to define effective promos and rates conditions to ensure that these offers target the right customer through the right channels.
– Playing a key role in the Strategic Planning, Pricing and Budgeting processes across the year.
– Strong leadership and communication skills with other Revenue peers, Operations and the rest of the Sales Team.
– Leading monthly Business review meetings with Operations and Sales Team.
