Position Mission:
Working in the Sales & Training department, this role will be responsible for supporting in the execution of the CVL Cosmetics Europe plan. The role will work across the organization, merging the needs of Sales team to help on the common achievements. Additionally, this person will be responsible for supporting the Training Director, maintaining, and communicating all training metrics and logistics support to succeed. This role reports to the General Manager Europe.
Main Responsibilities Include but are not Limited To:
Training Department
– Monthly Training KPI’S Follow-up
– Organization and monitoring of printing and shipment of training documents in service of the Training Managers
– Translation of Valmont Cube/ Spanish version
– Online session Set-up > Set-up corporate identity of Training in support of the Training Managers
– Training & event Organization in Europe Sales Department:
– Monthly new Opening customer dashboard update and follow-up
– Collaborate with the GM to identify European key organization to Partners with to increase brand awareness an get new business
– Industry events organization and follow-up
– Competition highlights newsletter
– Support the European Sales Directors
– Support yearly launches organization for the Sales department including Training
– Yearly Sell-Out meeting organization for the BA’S, Sales and Training Team
– Be the CRM Key Users for the Sales and Training Team in Europe
– Tools creation and implementation to improve efficiency within the department
– DS/e-Retailers annual launches 2022 dashboard follow-up
– Team incentive follow-up
– Monthly highlights & Trends – Sales Analysis and
Competencies
– Bachelor’s degree desirable (Business Administration or similar)
– At least 1 years’ experience within Sales Department
– Strong time management skills: ability to multitask effectively
– At ease managing business through KPI’s analysis
– Strong insightful analytical skills and good business acumen
– Languages: English, Spanish and any other European language
– Strong Microsoft Office skills
– The selected person must be interested in the luxury industry and cosmetics
– Based in Barcelona
– Autonomous person
– Entrepreneurial, self-confident, and self-motivated
– Capacity to learn quickly
– Able to work in a fast-paced environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking with minimal supervision
