    Core Competencies:
    · Strong affinity with IT and understanding of processes: interfaces, data transfer management, etc.
    · Proven experience in learning management systems – LMS
    · Proven professional experience in an international training organisation or in a comparable position with similar tasks, for at least 1 year
    · Identification with the corporate culture (efficiency, results orientation, flexibility, adaptability, short-term change management)
    · Excellent oral and written communication skills (spelling and rhetoric)
    · Perfect command of current applications:
    o MS Office package with particular knowledge of Outlook, Teams, Excel and PowerPoint
    · Language skills: Fluent English and desirable Italian
    · Personality with leadership
    · Rigour, organisation and autonomy
    · Ability to analyse and summarise

We are looking for a Training Administrator in our office in Barcelona (22@ district).

The primary objective of the role as a Training Administrator is to provide services to the customer and per-form data entry into the specific training administration software. It is also expected that the candidate actively work on process and tasks optimization.

Responsibilities:

· Provide customer services by handling requests through the email communication
· Data entry in different training administration software
· Meta data management
· Upload on-line content in the training administration software
· Reporting on the task activity
· Actively work with other team members to share the knowledge
· Support management in documentation creation
· Manage change requirements
· Proactively search for process improvement
· Provide potential solution for customer’s challenges
· Manage Escalation process
