– That you know what the usual tasks of a Chef de Rangs are, we assume. What this position especially in our house additionally requires is:

-Cordial and polite service are not contradictory for you.
-Lifestyle is not just a buzzword for you, but a way of life.
-You are passionate about what you do – you stay cool and keep the overview.
-As a flexible employee, you inspire our guests at lunch and dinner.
-You like to work independently, even in the late shift, and look after our guests.
– "No" – in relation to a guest request – is not part of your vocabulary.
– For you counts "only in the team we are strong"

What are we looking for?:

– Passion for Guests!
– Your positive charisma
– high quality awareness
– Your positive and dynamic work attitude
– Excellent communication skills
– Good wine and spirits knowledge
– The conscious view over the edge of the plate
– Your ability to work in a team, flexibility and initiative
– A completed vocational training as a restaurant specialist
– At least one year of work experience as Chef de Rang or Demichef de Rang
– Confident handling of micros
– Very good knowledge of English, knowledge of German and Spanish is an advantage
