Job Objectives:
Manage the accounting cycle and the accounting
administrative processes of the MediaMarkt stores in order to
comply with the legal regulations and the company’s internal
procedures
Tasks:
– Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data.
– Facilitate payment of invoices.
– Travel Expenses Bookkeeping
– Maintaining accounts receivable files and records.
– Producing monthly financial and management reports.
– Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries.
– Management of fixed assets .
– Monthly closings according to group regulations.
– Calculate and post adjustments
Requirements:
– A completed degree in business administration or
comparable training.
– At least one year of experience in the similar role.
– Advanced Office and valuable knowledge in SAP FI.
– Advanced written and spoken English
– Advanced Polish level
– Ability to adapt to different work rhythms, proactivity
and communication skills.
