The Residence Butler (Barcelona) & Guests Relation Supervisor’s responsibilities include managing the VALMONT Residence in Barcelona (CASA MAXENCE) and the aim of offering to guests an experience of luxury, excellence and memorable hospitality.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (but not limited) BUTLER – CASA MAXENCE
General:
· Maintain up-to-date information on daily room occupancy.
· Ensure the Residence is in perfect condition.
· Assess and replenish food and beverage (F&B) supplies, consumables, and cabin products as necessary.
· Abide by the house rules and policies established by the management.
· Adhere to strict standards for staff grooming and hygiene.
· Collect guest feedback during and/or after their stay, noting their likes/dislikes and areas for improvement.
Before arrival:
· Gather detailed information regarding guest arrivals and room preferences.
· Act as the point of contact for all suppliers and guests (including VIPs), preparing a detailed agenda based on guest expectations.
· Handle all reservations (including visits, restaurants, activities), catering to VIPs as well.
Arrival and Stay:
· Greet guests warmly upon check-in and provide a heartfelt farewell at checkout.
· Address guest needs and concerns promptly and efficiently.
· Oversee the arrivals and departures of VIP guests.
· Deliver exceptional guest service in line with Valmont Residence standards.
· Inform guests about entry, security, and how to use the Residence’s facilities.
· Manage all reservations (visits, restaurants, activities), including those for VIPs.
· Ensure daily housekeeping of guests’ rooms.
· Manage F&B services, including the preparation of daily breakfast and light meals.
· Prepare Cabin Treatments as required and coordinate with Therapists.
COORDINATION
· Report regularly to headquarters and/or the Booking Manager.
· Ensure the Charter of Excellence is consistently implemented at the Residence Maxence.
· Analyze guest feedback post-departure to identify likes/dislikes and suggested areas for improvement.
